Vitamin E

The unsung hero in your fight against breast tenderness and pain.  Recent studies have shown a correlation between women who take Vitamin E regularly and decreased breast pain during their monthly cycle. In the study, women who took at least 200mg of vitamin E twice a day for 2 months  showed improvement in fluctuating breast pain.
